1. Eligibility: This contest is open exclusively to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of Elpheco Home & Trash Cans, their immediate family members (spouses, parents, siblings, and children), and household members of each such employee are not eligible to participate.
2. Contest Period: Entries will be accepted online starting on 2024-01-29 and ending at 11:59 PM US Eastern Time on March 31st, 2024. Entries submitted before or after the Contest Period will be disqualified.
3. How to Enter: Entry into the contest is made by submitting an email on the Elpheco Contest Entry page. No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning.
4. Odds of Winning: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
5. Winner Selection and Notification: Winners will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of Elpheco Home & Trash Cans. Winners will be notified via email within seven days of the contest’s conclusion. Elpheco Home & Trash Cans shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk email, or other security settings or for winners’ provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 60 days, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
